Day 18

day 18 - your beliefs.

Hard to describe really. I enjoy mythology and religion and symbolism etc. but I don't really believe in them.
I don't really believe in Australia or Christianity or Justice or Truth or Paganism. I love them, both as abstract concepts and solid hold-in-your-hand actions. I would like to believe in them, I always wanted to be like my friends and head-over for Jesus and the Father and Gaia, but I never had that solid unshakeable faith that they existed.

I have faith. I don't care about how you practice religion or what you believe in, just that you do. I would like to believe in Justice but the closest I get is Karma. I've just seen the system screw people over too often in the name of Justice to do it.

Could also just be that I don't believe in anything. That I haven't "found" it yet. I guess partly thats why I'm doing comparative religion.

Meh, I just don't care about it, it the same way I don't care about evolution vs creation.
